1 · What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files stored on your device by your browser. They can enable core site functionality, remember preferences, or measure usage. We currently rely on strictly-necessary cookies only.
2 · Cookies we set
| Name | Purpose | Essential? | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
_csrf |
Protects forms and API requests from cross-site request forgery | Yes | End of browser session |
We also record your IP address and user-agent string in server logs for security diagnostics and fraud prevention. Logs are retained for 90 days (or up to 12 months when investigating an incident).
3 · Why you don’t see a cookie banner
UK PECR permits essential cookies without consent when they are “strictly necessary” to deliver a service you request—here, logging in to your employer’s HR-Coaching platform. If we later introduce analytics, preference or marketing cookies we will display a consent banner and a “Cookie Settings” panel so you can withdraw consent at any time.
4 · Managing cookies in your browser
All modern browsers let you block or delete cookies via their settings.
Blocking strictly-necessary cookies like _csrf will
prevent you from logging in and may break core functionality.
5 · Changes to this policy
We update this page whenever we introduce new cookies or change their purpose. Material changes will be highlighted on the login page.
